Here at Cherry Republic, we emphasize on liberty to choose what to wear and when you want to wear it. Thus it is important that all shoppers read all Terms & Conditions before any purchase as we wouldn't want any misunderstandings or conflict to occur.

1) We only entertain serious buyers

2) All items are non refundable or exchangable

3) All items are as what you see it

4) All items are brand new if not stated second hand

5) If you reserve any item, it will be held up to 3 days. After the 3 days, it will be released for sale

6) Full payment (via bank) must be made within 3 days of confirmation

7) After banking in, please DO NOT THROW AWAY your receipt/statement/reference number until we have confirmed that we have received the money - incase anything goes wrong we can track back the transaction

8) All items will be mailed out a day after receiving payment

9) C.O.D is available to our convenience
